Precision Oilfield Manufacturing & Machining

Taylor Oilfield MFG., Inc. has been a leader in oil field industrial services for over 20 years, and is proud to serve the industry from our facilities in both Louisiana and Texas. We have state-of-the-art 5-axis machinery in our shops, and we also carry Mazak Integrex and Mazak Horizontal Center machines. Our ownership of these machines is unusual in the industry and sets us apart from our competition. At Taylor Oilfield, we offer precision manufacturing services like milling, turning, boring, and threading with advanced CNC control capabilities. We work with a wide variety of metals and other materials. Our machines handle aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, and 4140 / 4330 steel alloys, as well as exotic metals like Inconel, Monel, Kovar, and Hastelloy. In addition to metals, we work with delrin and polycarbonate plastic polymers and rubber. Our fine equipment can mill to a variety of sizes: to lengths up to 40.35 inches, widths up to 60 inches, and heights up to 70 inches, with turning diameters up to 36.22 inches and turning lengths up to 160 inches.

In addition to our regular oil field equipment machining services, we also offer phosphate coating, shot peening, saw cutting, grinding, demetcote, and painting. Whether you need prototypes or production runs up to 1000 parts, our quality technicians can fulfill your order while meeting or exceeding high industry standards.
